The rich have a wonderful corporate run health care system in the US but the poor and what is left of the middle class is hit with massive debt for their medical needs. The poor in the US have a third world class health care system. Most Europeans and many Americans don't realize that we have thousands of people dying because of the lack of access to health care. Health care costs are the number one cost of bankruptcy in the US.
