II Chron 1:1: "And Solomon the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom, and the Lord his God was with him, and magnified him exceedingly."
II Chron 1:7: That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you." What if God was to ask this of you?
II Chron 7:14: "If My people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." If we obey, we are promised the blessings of God. These are promises primarily to His people, a holy nation, and not primarily to individuals, although certainly all individuals benefit when the whole of God's people are obedient.
II Chron 9:22: And king Solomon passed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom Wisdom opens many opportunities.
II Chron 14:7: Beacuse we have sought the Lord our God, we have sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side. So they built and prospered." Under King Asa, the people understood why God blessed and prospered them.
II Chron 14:11-13: And Asa cried unto the Lord his God, and said....O Lord, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee. So the Lord smote the Ethiopians before Asa...and the Ethiopians fled...they were destroyed before the Lord." When Asa was attacked, he fell on his face and turned to God in prayer--and God answered with victory.
II Chron 15:2: The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you" Azariah the prophet told asa that if he stopped seeking and yearning after God...that He would forsake him.
II Chron 15:4: When (Israel) in their trouble did turn unto the Lord the God of Israel, and sought him, he was found of them They knew where their power and victory had been found.
II Chron 15:12,15: And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul....For they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he found them: and the Lord gave them rest round about." Israel enjoyed rest when they sought God in prayer.
II Chron 16:9: For the eyes of the Lord run to and for throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. Perfect=commited, completely His, heart is true
II Chron 20:22: "And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten. The power of praise.
II Chron 26:5,15: As long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosoper.....and his name spread far abroad, for he was marvelously helped, till he was strong" Because Uzziah sought God, the Lord strengthened him and brought order to his kingdom.
II Chron 30:17: "Since many in the crowd had not consecrated themselves, the Levites had to kill the Passover lambs for all those who were not ceremonially clean and could not consecrate (their lambs) to the Lord." Whereas the Levites would normally be involved in sacrificing animals on other occasions, they were exceptionally involved on this occasion, serving as substitutes for ceremonially unclean fathers. The implication is clear: given ceremonial cleanliness, the fathers in Israel were qualified to administer this sacrament.
II Chron 31:21: And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his hearts, and prospered. The key being "with all his heart."
